P4P Merch FAQ
1. What is P4P?
-P4P means Pay for Production, it’s a term where there is no profits involve in the selling of an item. Only costs were to be charged for this particular project.
2. Why not all listings labeled as P4P?
-Only series coming from certain fandoms have to follow this rule, to give respect to the original authors. Japanese series tend to give us freedom when it comes to fanart merchandise. JJWXC, a Chinese platform has a strict rule of profiting from their copyrights, only p4p merch is allowed. That’s why they’re tend to be much cheaper than other projects.
3. Will you restock P4P Pins?
-P4P pins will not be restocked, only simple merchandise like prints, keychain, standee, etc. will get to be restocked at some point.
4. Is P4P LE or OE?
-Due to incidents of dealing with demanding buyers, P4P Preorders will stay as a private Group Order. In hands or extras will not be available.
5. Why do P4P take so long?
-P4P is only charged as non profit, in order to get the price as low as possible, I’ll need to find a manu with low pricing but in turn they have longer production time. Sometimes if you see it has a different pricing that means I’m using a different manu with different quotes and time will be varied too.
-If you're truly impatient, please refrain from preordering, they can take from 3 months to 1 year depends on the complexity of the design, I don't force anyone to understand how pin production works so don't pressure me into sending out the merch when they have been delayed.
6. Why is shipping so high?
-For profit projects, I’d usually charge less shipping or freeship since I could afford paying out of pockets for them. But for P4P, it’s already a non profit project. I cannot afford paying out of pocket for them. Please don’t complain about the high shipping fees for P4P projects. If you feel like you have to pay so much shipping, feel free to not buy it or do a GO. I’m not forcing anyone to buy my P4P merch. Tracking is always included.
7. Could you compensate my P4P Merch if it’s lost/stolen/damaged?
-Sorry, I cannot afford to replace anything for these types of compensation. Not even for profit projects, please include insurance to your shipping if you really need a compensation for your package.
8. Is there a grading option? Can I get partial refund/full refund or exchange if the grading is not up to my standards?
-Grading is not possible for all P4P projects, I’m not responsible for any types of refund/exchange for P4P either, they are only charged for what it’s cost. You’ll either get a badly made one or a regular pin. I can’t do exchange either since it’ll cost me a lot to order extras. All p4p sales are final
9. Can I get a refund/variant change please? I made a mistake in my order.
-P4P preorders tend to have longer preorder periods. Please be extra careful when doing preorder and if you need a refund, there’ll be a small charge for the PayPal fees.
10. I’m a paying customer. Why can’t you accommodate our needs?
-Please be reasonable, I'm only charging for the item's costs, and it does not include my personal customer services. There’s only so much 1 person can do. The only thing you’d be demanding is a blocked from me with such attitudes.
11. Is there a limit to buy any quantity of pins?
-There’s no limit for any order during preorders. Group Order is also acceptable.
12. Can you ship worldwide?
-I can ship everywhere except United Kingdom.
13. Do you do combine shipping?
-Yes, feel free to email me your order numbers and I’ll refund you the excess shipping amount.
14. Is there a bundle price for a set?
-No, all P4P price are only charged by what they actually costs.
15. Can I resell the P4P pin or trade for another pin?
-Yes, trading is totally possible, but only trade for same value items, for example: you bought the P4P pins for $20, it cannot be trade for a $100 regular profit pin, the pin must be equal to $20 or less in value for the trade, if you'd like to get that $100 pin, either trade multiple P4P pins for that 1 pin or trade the P4P plus paying for the different amount.
-As for reselling, you’re not allowed to resell P4P projects for a profit since we all take parts in respecting the Author’s policy. Resell what you paid for + shipping is totally ok, no price inflations under any circumstances
-Any selling/trading these pins as soon as you got them is prohibited as well, if you don't like them please don't buy it just to give it away
16. Do you accept tips?

17. Will you be making this design into a different merch?
-It won’t be possible since I’d rather use the time to make a new design I like instead of reusing the old ones for another P4P.
18. How come you can restock acrylics and prints?
-These merch doesn’t need MOQ of 50, and they can be made within 1-2 months, manu always charge the same prices even for restocks.
19. I was too late to discovered your pages, is there a way for me to get this past design?
-Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of time to spend on P4P projects all the time, once it’s over, I’ll move on to newer projects. I cannot turn back time or wait for someone to discovered my past projects to revive them.
20. Can you list out the stuff you charge for P4P projects?
-In general, there'll be:
+Manufacturing costs
+Manufacturers shipping to my Address
+Packing supplies
+PayPal fees
+Emergency fees
+Shipping fees to your address
+My own Labor costs (some makers don't charge this costs but I do charge this, if you're not comfortable with this, feel free to not support my projects)
21. Why won’t you reply my messages?
-Any questions related to the ones above will not be repeated.
22. Would you be making more p4p merch for this specific character(s)?
-I mostly base on my interests to do these p4p merch for this series/character(s)
-But if you really want to see me draw certain character(s) for certain types of merch, I do open personal commissions for personal use, I'll be giving you the original files for printing but only for personal use
-If the files are for using to widely distributed, open p4p or non p4p orders, it's gonna be priced as commercial use instead.
23. Why are your pins so pricey? I saw others and companies making it the same size for a lot less?
-I don't usually compare my pricing with others, the way I make my designs so complicated and full of different types of effects and requests, manu would definitely charge me a lot more in order to make them exactly like I wanted.
-If these pins are produced by big company, they're usually a lot less since they have a budget to make more than 10000 pieces to profit, but Im only doing this as P4P and the most quantity I can afford to order is 100, not anywhere close to 10000 so you can definitely see the price difference
-And it's completely understandable if you chose not to put your money into it but please be respectful and don't pressure me into charging less
24. How can I join your private P4P pin Preorder?
-You'll have to follow my Social Medias to get the latest news of the Signup form for each Preorder. The requirements will be listed on there and if you signup for it and meet all the requirements, you'll be getting instructions on how to join the Preorder
