Frequent Asked Questions + Policy
1. What payments will you accept?
-Both Card & PayPal payments available
2. Can I do a refund or exchange?
-All Sales are Final, there'll be no Refunds available
-If by chance a mistake was made during the preorder phase like duplicates or unwanted items in your checkout, refund is possible but with PayPal fees deducted so a full refund won't be possible
-Exchange is possible but only if shipping fees are covered and when inventory is still in stock
3. How is your enamel pin grading policy?
-Grading is not available, please expect most pins to be B Grades: scratches, under-fill, dots, air bubbles, dust, small missing plating, spillover, bent/wobbly post, missing metal lines, scuffed enamel, etc.
-Badly made pins that are heavily damaged won’t be consider a B grade and won’t be sent out for preorders, please also be mindful that all enamel pins are handcrafted, it’s bound to have flaws, it’s hard to get a perfect pin as everyone’s way of grading is different
4. How long will I get my preordered pin?
-Smaller and simple pins tend to be made faster, possibly 2-3 months. Bigger and more detailed pins will always take longer to make, tends to be 3-9 months and will have delays. So please be wary of this matter when preordering.
5. My package got lost/stolen/damaged. Will you compensate for them?
-Once package is sent out, I’m not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages but I will try my best to find the package in case it is not lost or file an insurance claim if you have indeed purchased along with the order.
-Please really do consider purchasing insurance for high value orders, I really can't afford to do compensations for uninsured lost packages.
-USPS won't usually compensate for damaged packages, during these claims, it's adviced to have a video of the process when opening the original package. They'll also need a value proof for the package so please keep your online receipts before the package arrives.
-When your package weighs over 1lbs, it should have a $100 insurance included, so if you have any damaged/stolen/lost package with no insurance during checkout, please email me to double check if you have insurance or not, I'll happily help file a claim if you do. It's not a guaranteed the claim will be compensated but I'll do my best.
6. Do you do combine shipping?
-For combine shipping, if you have the same order name + address, it’ll be automatically combine within each preorders/in hands drop. Shipping refunds will be made after labels are printed or I’ll include a coupon inside the package for your next purchase, there’re also chances that the shipping is undercharged so please understand if you don’t get either a refund/coupon.
7. Are your pins LE or OE?
-My own pin preorders are always open orders, there'll be time limit only, not a quantity limit
-Once preorder is closed, there're still chances for some extras during the in hands drop. Please keep in mind the extras are very limited as well. I'll do restocks when the demands are high enough, usually based on the MOQ of 50 to start.
8. Will you post updates for your pin designs?
-There’ll be constant updates on my IG for pins, usually it’s within the Highlights: Manu Updates / Shop Updates
9. Do you ship to EU countries? Will it be taxed during the sale?
-For EU orders, customers are fully responsible for any import tax when receiving the goods to EU. Taxes are not included when checking out at my shop.
10. Do you ship to UK?
-I can ship everywhere except UK. My apologies, you can use a friend's or shipping agency's address for checkout as long as it's not located in the UK.
11. Would you give me free pins if I advertised/collab for you? I’m an influencer.
-I only accept collabs with friends and mutuals
12. Can I tag you for feedbacks?
-Yes, feel free to tag me on any website including credits to my IG or Twitter, it is highly appreciated. I love seeing feedback photos.
13. Has my package been shipped out yet?
-In hands order are shipped within 7-10 days.
-Tracking Emails will be sent out as soon as shipping label is created. Please check your spam email if you haven't received them, or contact me if you can't find your tracking
14. When will you ship out preorder packages?
-For Preorder packages, I'll be updating the ship out date a week on my IG before actually sending them out for anyone who needs to update their address.
15. I ordered in hands items with a preorder, when will they be shipped?
-Any items purchased with a Preorder item will automatically be shipped out with the Preorder items. If you wished to have the in hands shipped out first, either make the purchase separately from the preorder or contact me to cover extra costs for the items to be shipped out.
16. Can I resell your pins? How much should I resell it?
-Yes, you can totally resell the pins after you don't like the series anymore after a while of having it in your possession.
-I do not appreciate anyone buying the pins just to resell and profit from it, it's super disrespectful to me and those who would appreciate the pins
-If you're in desperate need to resell the pins, please don't mark up the price for more than 20% of what you've originally paid for on my shop.
17. Where do you ship from?
-I ship everything from the US.
18. My PayPal Buyer Protection is almost expired, would you refund and let me repurchase for a new Protection?
-Yes, you can most certainly renew your PayPal Buyer Protection, but the refund can never be a full refund, PayPal fees will be deducted from the refund and during repurchase, you'll need to pay the full amount of the original price again.
Ex: PO is $100 total, Refund will be $94, Repurchase is also $100
-If you feel dissatisfied with this policy, feel free to wait for the in hands drop instead of the Preorder. Almost all pins will have in hands extras, you won't have to wait a long time for it to be shipped.
19. Is there a limit of how many pins I can buy?
-There's no limit to the amount of pins you're going to buy, you can get more than 1 of each variant
20. My Custom Import taxes are too much, is there any way I can avoid it?
-I cannot guaranteed your carrier won't charge you import taxes, but you can definitely leave a note about how much you want me to declare for your package, please specified the number or I won't know how much to put in the declared form.
21. I don't like your services and items so Im gonna file a payment chargeback without returning anything whether I contacted you or not.
-If you have problems with your package, it can usually be resolved once you've contacted me, but if insists on filing a chargeback once issues have been compromised or not contacted me beforehand, I'd conclude this to be scam and would warn others about such scams
22. Im missing "items" in my package, can you compensate for me please?
-For missing item & damaged item situations, please record a video your process of unpacking the original sealed up package as your evidence within 7 days after the tracking shown delivery, I'll not be responsible for these situations without the video proven that the package came in like it claimed to be, especially for orders with a lot of items and insurance.
23. Would you be open to wholesale orders?
